KILLING A TRUCKER
The FMCSA was established as a separate administration within the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) on January 1, 2000, pursuant to the Motor Carrier Safety Improvement Act of 1999. FMCSA is headquartered in Washington, DC and employs more than 1,000 people in all 50 States and the District of Columbia, all dedicated to improving the safety of commercial motor vehicles (CMV) and saving lives.
In carrying out its safety mandate to reduce crashes, injuries, and fatalities involving large trucks and buses, FMCSA:
DEAR FMCSA IF THIS IS WHAT YOU WERE PUT IN PLACE TO DO THEN WHY WILL YOU NOT DO YOUR JOB?
For over 8 years I have been trying to get you to look into the treadle valve problem. You will not return my phone calls and even when I meet with your administrator that is suppose to get back to me never does! But in 8 months or more I have not heard one word. The people that work there say they will contact you back but they never do.
I done the work for you!! I can show you that the defective part is causing accidents every day or is it you really don’t want the truth when the NHTSA has put out recalls after recalls on the problem over the years. These are also recalls in Buses that carry children every day and Semi Trucks that are traveling down the roads and highways every day.
On your web page it states:
The primary mission of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is to reduce crashes, injuries and fatalities involving large trucks and buses.
I ask why you are not interested in what is causing accidents? Why will you not even contact me back by phone,E-mail or letter.
Is it that your afraid of how the NHTSA and NHTSB has let the problem go on over and over again for so many years without being acknowledged?
You say you are here to reduce accidents on the roads and highways……!
If so then just give me a call or E-mail
email@example.com or call 573-475-8531!
*Chances are you never will. The truth is you are not interested in saving lives on the road and highways or you would!
